We divide product customization into standardized product modification services and fully customized services

Standardized product modification service: Relying on the powerful standardized module design, Maizhi Laser can modify standardized products in a short time (usually about a week), including not limited to the length of the laser module, driver type, optical pattern and wavelength replacement

 

 

 

 

 

Fully customized service: we can also fully customize according to the needs provided by customers. Fully customized includes 4 parts:

1: Laser diode part       

We can provide optical main wavelengths: 405nm, 450nm, 515nm, 520nm, 532nm, 635nm, 650nm, 670nm, 780nm, 808nm, 850nm, 980nm, 1550nm and other main wavelength laser diodes

2: Optical lens part

We can provide point, line, cross and other lenses, including different divergence angles and different patterns

3: Laser drive part

The driving circuit module of the laser can be APC (automatic power control) or ACC (automatic current control). The APC control laser module will automatically adjust the input current to a constant value of the output optical power. The ACC control laser module will use another way that the input current has a constant value, while the output power may vary.

4: mechanical shell part

The size of the laser module ( diameter and / or the length of the laser module sleeve ) can be customized according to your needs , and we will evaluate and provide you with technical drawings.
The laser module casing can be designed in various shapes and different materials , the surface can be used in different operating environments, and some differences such as anodized electrical isolation can be customized, and the design of the casing can also help you use it as an internal component in different environments Provides great protection.
