Returns support

If you need to return or exchange goods, please read the terms carefully

1.1: Non-quality returns and exchanges:

If you receive the goods within 10 days, because it doesn't fit or you don't like it, please contact MZAS@mzlaser.com with the order number and model number , and we will generate a return authorization number for your order within 3 days

Note terms:

*The return express tracking number must be provided within 7 days after the authorization number is generated, and the 7-day return authorization number will be invalid

*Returned products must be inspected without damage and without affecting secondary sales

*The product is packaged in a box with a return authorization number on the package

* Shipping costs are non-refundable

*Not applicable to customized products such as OEM/ODM

 

1.2 Return or exchange due to failure reasons

If the goods you received fail within the warranty period, please use the order number and model as the title MZAS@mzlaser.com , and send the failure video, pictures and a brief description, we will review within 3 days, and generate a warranty authorization after the review is passed Number

Note terms:

*If there is a failure within 180 days, we will replace it with a new one

*Deem failures not covered by warranty

*Obvious faults in appearance are not covered

*If there are other issues negotiated and dealt with
